John Smith, Sergeant Company G., 2nd N.Y. Heavy Artillery, age 28 years, admitted to Harewood U.S A. General Hospital April 1st 1865, with a superficial gunshot wound of the lower third of the thigh, received near Petersburg Va., March 25th. The wound healed kindly, and patient is now (May 1st,) quite well.
