A lawyer stands in his office between two disconcerted litigants who are turned and walking away from him. As he brings a fork with an oyster on it to his mouth, he offers half of the empty oyster shell to the man on the right. A bald, worn-down looking man (left), looks down at his half of the shell, mouth agap.
