Abstract: A silver medal from Holland, with satirical images of Oliver Cromwell. On the obverse is a bust of Oliver Cromwell, crowned with laurel leaves and in armor; on the reverse, Cromwell kneels in the lap of Britannia, with his breeches down, as the French and Spanish ambassadors in the background argue over who shall kiss first. Formerly housed in the Library at Strawberry Hill
