Probably a proof state, before statements of responsibility added below image. Cf. British Museum online catalogue, registration no.: 1943,0410.134.
Publication information from imprint statement on later state: Pub. 1 April 1795 by E. & S. Harding, Pall Mall.
Text below title on later state indicates that the print was engraved "from an original picture in the collection of Lord Verulam at Gorhambury."

Imperfect; sheet trimmed within plate mark with possible loss of text from bottom of plate. Title has also been trimmed but reattached in its original location below image.
