Aces: DH, head of Napoleon III; DA, Napoleon II sits on barrel.
CourtCards: Napoleon III appears in ridiculous positions on all courts.
Pipcards and Jokers: 10s indicated by "X"; comic vignettes of Napoleon III.
Each card contains two lines of satirical verse. The posture of the court figures and the general composition of the vignettes show the influence of the Bavarian pattern. - Extent
