Description
"A band of worshippers with musicians. Da O Si, Mt. Omei. Our rooms were at left side of the court - upper level, but overlooking the lower court. The big tree at back is in the temple, extending up thru Mr. Beaman's rooms. It is worshipped as a god. Ph. By R.R. Gerirce. 1906." White flags are carried during a temple celebration on Mount Omei [Mount Emei]. Monks and worshippers are shown gathered at the courtyard.
