Description: “Catéchistes Missionnaires de Marie-Immaculée. ̶ Kumbakonam (Hindoustan) ̶ La charrette et le parissou.” Missionary sisters are shown standing in a tall boat, possibly, in the shallows of a river or lake with several porters standing in the water nearby. The craft appears to be pulled by an ox cart. There is no handwriting on the back of the postcard.
