In the lower center is a locomotive pulling a single rail car with "W. & J. R. R." on its side. Beneath the tracks are several books flanking a pair of wings atop a torse. In the upper corners of the image border are two cherubs depicting the wind; at center is a caduceus. On both left and right-hand sides, at center, are two rabbits each dressed up and protruding from a top hat, brandishing a magic wand. At the bottom is a banner with the title text. The initials "W. H. C." can be seen in the lower right-hand corner.
