Date of publication from ESTC. Verse in four parts begins: "In famous York-city a farmer did dwell,". In four columns with the title above the first two; the columns are not separated by rules. The same setting of text as the edition bearing the imprint: "Printed and sold at no. 4, Aldermary churchyard". Possibly sold by J. Evans whom was at that address 1792-1833. Mounted on leaf 15. Copy trimmed. Bound in three-quarters red morocco leather with marbled boards, with spine title stamped in gold: Old English ballads, woodcuts, vol. 3.
