A pamphlet edition of this work, using the same woodcut, was published as part of the Cheap Repository; not in G.H. Spinney, ’Cheap Repository tracts: Hazard and Marshall edition.’ In Library, 4th series, volume 20:3 (December 1939), 97; Spinney records that the title was entered in the Stationers’ Register on 4 April 1797.
