Abstract: Twenty-four pieces of correspondence written by Pound during his hospitalization at St. Elizabeths in Washington, D.C. Letters to Mac Low contain opinions on literature, literary scholarship, and politics. Some typed letters, dating from 1951, include envelopes in the hand of Dorothy Pound. Letters also include drafts, typescript, of two poems by Mac Low, "Venti Creator Spiritus" and "The Queen Anne's Lace," corrected and annotated by Pound. With one typescript carbon letter from Mac Low and one autograph manuscript letter, signed, to Mac Low from Omar Pound.
