Companies represented in the scrapbook include American-Hawaiian Steamship Company; Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway Company; Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company; F A O Schwarz; Great Northern Railway Company (related to the See America First campaign for Glacier National Park); Volland Poster Stamp Co.; and W.P. Fuller & Co. There are also stamps and decals for expositions including the Lewis and Clark Centennial Exposition in Portland, Oregon, 1905; the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco, California, 1915; and the Panama-California Exposition (later known as the Panama-California International Exposition) in San Diego, California, 1915-1917.

Alfred Edward Heller (born 1929) is a collector, investor, and author. He wrote World's Fairs and the End of Progress (1999) and was the publisher and editor of the quarterly magazine World's Fair from 1981 to 1995.
