Bound in as page 158a in volume 2 of Thomas Mackinlay's extra-illustrated copy of A catalogue of the classic contents of Strawberry Hill collected by Horace Walpole.
Provenance: Formerly owned by Thomas Mackinlay. Also owned by Sir Thomas William Boord, Bart., with his bookplate in the volumes. Sold at Sotheby's, Mrs. E.M. Copeman, lot 110, 3 June 1935, to W.S. Lewis.
