Abstract: Silkscreen poster shows red silhouette of man holding a megaphone and a flag, based on a photograph taken by Hector González of José Montoya of the Royal Chicano Air Force during a strike for the United Farm Workers in Yuba City, California (see E.M. Diaz, Flying under the radar with the Royal Chicano Air Force). The flag contains a white circle in which the words "viva la manana" and "viva la huelga" form the huelga eagle symbol of the United Farm Workers of America. Background is yellow with the same two phrases repeated, filling the background
