Watermarks: Harlfinger Fleur 108, from a manuscript dated 4 Nov. 1445 and attributed to Ioannes Skoutariotes.
Script: Written and signed by the scribe Ioannes Skoutariotes, who finished the manuscript 4 October 1453.
Simple initials and headings, in red, at the beginning of each book.
Binding: Nineteenth century. Wooden boards. Quarter bound in brick-red goatskin. Bound for the convent of San Marco, Florence; title in gold on spine with number "232". - Provenance
- Collection of Sir Thomas Phillipps (no. 10371), who purchased it from Payne. Acquired in 1953 by Thomas E. Marston from C. A. Stonehill. Gift of Thomas E. Marston in 1959.
