Description: Judge (17:431), page 235, front cover. Hamilton, "La Grippe--'Good-bye; I've had a splendid reception. Uncle Sam-- 'Don't come again'." Bearded man with cloak and Russian-style fur hat wears ribbon labelled "Russian La Grippe" and carries a suitcase labelled influenza. Uncle Sam has ready at hand: pills, plaster, medicines, but no thermometer. Hansen database #37.
