With an engraved vignette, presumably depicting a Magdalen sister, at top; a quote from Psalm 51:3 is engraved within a ribbon at the bottom of the vignette: "I acknowledge my transgressions, and my sin is ever before me." The details of the event are printed in letterpress within the open space beneath the vignette.
Additional information printed at the bottom, including the names of six "Stewards"; the stipulation "N.B. No servants, but those of the President ... will be admitted ..."; and the notice that "This ticket will admit to the Chapel and Hall."
