Sold at Strawberry Hill Sale, day viii, lot 56, to Pickering [London, 1126]; offered in Strong's Catalogue for 1843, lot 1867, and sold at Sotheby's in 1851. At one point owned by John Waldie, Hendersyde, with his bookplate in the volume. Sotheby's, 28 October 1942 (Miscellaneous Sale), to Maggs for W.S. Lewis.
