"George IV stands with legs apart, head turned in profile to the right, hands in the pockets of a greatcoat on which is a nosegay: rose, thistle, and shamrock. He wears a wide-brimmed hat as in prints of the Cottage diversions (cf. British Museum Satires No. 15541), and his greatcoat is open to show his double-breasted coat with star, worn with knee-breeches and pumps. Above his head are the words: 'There's been a D--d sight too much Chaffing about it'."--British Museum online catalogue
