Composition of deck: 52 (A, K, Q, J, 10-2), 8 extra cards.
Card backs: maps of regions surrounding the cities described on the front.
A deck of cards, of which 52 display small French suited playing card insets in the upper right hand corner, the arms of an important Russian province, a list of the principal towns and villages, and a figure in native costume. The remaining eight cards bear arms of outlying regions and provide a key to the symbols used on the maps on the backs of the cards.
