Woodcut at head of sheet depicts the large child standing, wearing shoes and a one-piece outfit, and holding a whip in his right hand. "William Wilkinson Whitehead was born September 26, 1808, stands four feet one inch high, and weighs upwards of ten stone. Printed for the benefit of the child."--Below verses.
