A collection of seven postcards: Six postcards are handwritten, addressed, stamped, and postmarked and were used by lawyers and businesses for their business communications. One postcard was addressed and filled out by hand. In addition, one postcard, issued in 1973, is blank and serves as a commemorative reproduction of the first U.S. postcard issued by the U.S. Post Office in 1873, marking the centennial of its founding.
