A handsome young man in a riding costume (a star on his coat suggesting he is the Prince of Wales) sits in a relaxed manner at a table set with a coffee service. Opposite him are two elderly money-lenders, one of whom is wearing spectacles and is drawn with the stereotype profile and beard of a Jew sits reading a long parchment with seal. His partner looks on with a grin of satisfaction
