"Pitt dressed as a volunteer officer, drills Fox and Sheridan, who stand at attention, holding muskets. Pitt, in back view, turns his head to Fox (1.) and points with his sabre, held horizontally, to Sheridan (r.). Fox stands correctly, Sheridan raises his right. arm above his head and grins broadly. Pitt says: "Keep your Eye upon the Corporal Mr Honesty and when I have drilled you to my likeing perhaps I may take you under my command Mr Honesty".
