A large image of a man in a chair his one leg in a huge bandage above a footstool. He is in a rage as he holds up his crutch and screams "How the plague should you like it." Two small men in the background (right) cower as they look at him; they stand on a book with the title "On fellow feeling". To the left and right on the ground at his side are stacks of books including: Dr. K On the gout; Work der wonders, etc., Title etched below image., Not in the Catalogue of prints and drawings in the British Museum.
