The three men on the extreme left are Mr. Tanfield, Lord Sefton, and Colonel Hylton Jolliffe. In the extreme right corner is Sir L. Skeffington; near him, but not identifiable, is John Gully the ex-pugilist. A Jew sells wares from a basket-tray. Over the doorway: Houses must not be taken away without being paid for
