"Abre au pied a ……………….. les assembles papier." People are shown under a very large banyan tree that stands in front of a row of low thatched roof buildings.
5 - Angola - Un bapteme dans un poste de catechiste. ("5 - Angola - A baptism at a catechist station.") In the open air a missionary father serves the eucharist to an indigenous mother and father kneeling before him on the ground holding a baby. An altar table stands nearby along with a number of other priests and acolytes. A group of over thirty indigenous men, women, and children gather for the occasion., Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive., and The back of the postcard is blank and contains printed information about the mission agency: "Aidez les Missions des Peres du St-Esprit. C.C. 1059-56 - Abonnez-vous a leurs 'Annales' - 10 fr. C.C. 611-49 - 30, Rue Lhomond, Paris (Ve arr.)." ("Help the Missionary Fathers of the Holy Spirit, CC 1059-56 - Subscribe to their 'Annals' - 10 fr. CC611-49 - 30 Rue Lhomond, Paris (Ve arr.)." The back also contains information about the printer: "Louys Bauer, Imp. Dijon."

Young lay clergy and boys attend the baptism. “Missions Salésiennes du Congo Belge ̶ Première Série. Salesiaansche Zendingen in Belgisch Congo ̶ Eerste Reeks.” The following information is printed on the back of the postcard: “Grace à votre charité nous avons pu fonder des Missions jusqu’ aux extrémités de la terre. Le Vénérable Don Bosco. Met hulp uwer m milddadigheid hebben wij zendingen kunnen stichfen in alle gewesten. De Eerbiedwaardie Don Bosco .” There is no handwriting on the back.
