"Salem. ̶ L’Ecole des garçons devenue “Palais épiscopal.” A boys school converted to the bishop’s residence is depicted behind trees. A group of boys is shown in the foreground. “Salem (Indes). ̶ La Cathédrale.” The large Western style cathedral at Āttūr is depicted. A wooden framed entrance way appears to be covering the front door. The name of the publisher, “A. Dubosq, édit., Commes (Calvados) ̶ Déposé.” is printed on the back of the postcard. There is no handwriting on the back.

A group of indigenous Catholic priests are shown standing in full vestments before a brick wall. A pair of bishops stand among them., and The back of the postcard has no handwriting on it. Printed at the bottom of the correspondence section is "Vijfde priesterwijding te Boudewijnstad, op 12 October 1930 door Z. Exc. Mgr. Dellepiane, Apost. Afgevaardigde."
