A portrait of Dr. Andrew Gih and his wife. This is a photographic postcard which was addressed to Mary Grace French Dilley. Written on the reverse side of the postcard: "To dear Grace with loving prayers. From [Mrs. Gih's name is illegible] and Andrew. Jan. 17, 1955.", Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive., and Frederick Edwards Dilley and his wife, Mary Grace French Dilley, were missionaries for the American Presbyterian Mission, North. They worked in China, 1906-1942. They worked at missions in Peking; Chefoo, Shantung; and in Shansi.

Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive., Dr. H. H. Kung, chancellor '37-'46, Yenching Sits at a desk with a binder, papers, etc., and Yenching University was later known as Yanjing da xue.
Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive., Dr. J. B. Hartwell with the first two men baptized in Tengchowfu, Sung [Shantung, now Shandong] Wong Chow Yuin and Pastor Wu. Taken Aug. 31st '06 Hartwell is standing with two older Chinese men., and From the collection of the Hartwell family, American Baptist missionaries serving in China between 1858 and the 1940s.
A coat of arms divided into two by a chevron with five ermine spots. Above are the heads of two unicorn, with a tiny crescent at the top; below, just one unicorn head. At the helm, above a torse and sporting three ermine spots, is a fourth unicorn head. The plate is surrounded by fancy mantling, flowers, and leaves.

Luce, Vice-president, Peking University, Peking, China, and Peking University was called Yenching University after 1912 when the Chinese government university was named Peking University. It was later known as Yanjing da xue.
