"I.G." stands for "Isabella Godfrey", the married name of Augusta Isabella Ingram., and Probably engraved and printed in England, where the printmaker presumably lived after marrying John Godfrey of Sandwich, Kent, in 1823. Possibly worked up from a sketch made on a post-nuptial continental tour.
