“In this picture they were trying to get the peculiar head dress of the Chinese woman in the door way – but she dodged back just too soon. A little local color is given in the Chinese pants drying at the front door. So common is the sight that they didn’t notice them till they saw the picture. Abbie’s says the length might lead you to think they were hers.” Abbie G. Sanderson stands ouside the door of a Chinese house. A Chinese woman and two children stand in the doorway to the house.
