Abstract:: Manuscript on paper, in a single hand, of the Hystoria Tartarorum (The Tartar Relation), a detailed account of the history and customs of the inhabitants of the Mongol Empire, composed in 1247. Originally the Vinland Map (Beinecke MS 350A), Speculum historiale (Beinecke MS 350), and Hystoria Tartarorum were bound together in this order in a single volume, as is indicated by the patterns of the wormholes
