Below are three scenes of avoidable causes of delays: a dentist stands in an office holding appointment cards of patients who have not arrived; two women in stylish clothes arrive simultaneously at the dentist office door, one is late and one is early; a woman stands with her hand on her hip, surrounded by her family and dog, and informs the dental assistant that the dentist should see them all
