"Napoleon (left) and Joseph sit side by side on low seats or stools, both with a hand on each knee. They have large, elongated heads broadly caricatured (as in British Museum Satires No. 10604, &c.) and look sideways at each other with drawn-down mouths and wrinkled foreheads. Napoleon is in uniform, wearing a feathered bicorne; Joseph wears a crown with Spanish dress, ermine-trimmed robe, and the order of the Golden Fleece. His seat is, very inconspicuously, a commode. At his feet is a sceptre with a scroll inscribed 'Servata Fides Cineri'. Napoleon says: "A pretty piece of Business we have made of it Brother Joe." "Ten Odd Fellows with grotesque faces watch a sailor who stands, arms akimbo, wary and pugnacious. The chairman sits in a raised armchair, smoking and drinking, behind a small table on which are two lighted candles. On the back of his chair are three small but realistic heads, seeming to watch the proceedings. A man in a dressing-gown, introduces the sailor, doffing a night-cap: "Most worthy Chairman Mr Benjamin Block of Wapping Old Stairs - attends to be made a Member of the Ancient and honorable Society." The sailor, who wears round hat, short blue jacket, a petticoat (as in earlier prints), and buckled shoes, says: "Avast my Hearties, - before I've proceeded any further on the voyage let me know what course you are steering - if you mean to frighten a British sailor with your goggle eyes, and queer faces you are d------dly mistaken - besides it appears to me that you have got masks on which is like fighting under false colours, and that wont do for an English Jack Tar!""--British Museum online catalogue

"Queen Caroline, much burlesqued, stands (left) in the grounds of Brandenburgh House, looking up in angry distress at an irradiated sun in the upper right corner of the design containing a bust portrait of George IV and surmounted by a crown. She flinches to the left, holding up an ermine-bordered cloak to screen herself from the rays. In her right hand is a decanter of Brandy [cf. British Museum Satires No. 14175]. She has loose black ringlets, and wears a heavily-feathered black cap; frilled drawers are attached to a very high-waisted and décolletée bodice and display absurd ankle boots with the turned-up toes common in these prints. The rays from the King are inscribed: Westmorland, Camden, Eldon, Liverpool, Harrowby, Clarence, Gifford, Copley. In the background (right) is Alderman Wood, wearing his gown, running towards her, his arms extended, and followed by two braying asses.
