"A companion print to British Museum Satires No. 7030. Johnson, as a bear with a human head (a profile portrait), walks (left to right) up a mountain. Boswell as an ape with a quasi-human head is seated on the bear's back facing the tail, which he holds up, beckoning with his right hand to two bare-legged men in Highland dress who are climbing up the mountain behind Johnson.
