Depiction of seven Roman weights(?), numbered in Roman numerals from I to VII. The sides of the circular objects bear pictures of various heads, beasts, objects and symbols. Three of the objects have their obverse and reverse depicted side by side, the two faces connected with a horizontal double line. All were part of the collection which Conyers Middleton acquired in Rome in 1723-4 and sold to Horace Walpole in 1744
