Harewood U.S.A. General Hospital,, Henry Morgan Private Company D, 77th N.Y. Vols., age 24 years, admitted to Harewood U.S.A. General Hospital from City Point April 12th, wounded April 2nd at Petersburg Va., by a minnie ball, which entered at left superior maxillary bone, facial surface, passing inwards and downwards into the mouth destroying all the upper teeth, left side. When admitted right side of head and face very much inflamed, erysipelas closing both eyes. May 1st, the patient is now doing well., Henry Morgan., Hospital Number, 20.658., R. B. BONTECOU., and Surgeon U.S. Vols., In charge.
