Harewood U.S.A. General Hospital,, Hospital Number 20,277., John Crawford Co., B. 198, Pa. Age 29, admitted to Harewood U.S.A. General Hospital from City Point, April 2nd 1865, with gunshot fracture of the upper third of the right humerus, received at Hatcher's Run, March 29th, 1865. Splints were applied to the limb, and simple dressings to the wound, and the system supported by stimulants and nourishing diet. He was transferred to Chestnut Hill Hospital, Philadelphia, Pa., May 13th 1865, and was then doing well., John Crawford., R. B. BONTECOU,, and Surgeon U.S. Vols., In charge.
