This relatively ornate church is surrounded by a gate and palm trees. Additional information reads, "Missions-Etrangères de Paris, 128 rue du Bac."
"Ruins of Tien Gu Chao church, burned by Boxers about 1902." Stone walls are shown standing near trees after the church was burned during the rebellion.
"Missions Salésiennes. Indes II. 7. Préfecture apostolique de l'Assam - Résidence de Gauhati [Guwahati]." The outside of a church is shown with a palm tree next to it. It is the Apostolic Prefecture of Guwahati in the state of Assam. Next to the church is a smaller building. This postcard was published in France.
