Ornate scrolls surround this rectangular bookplate. At the top is a seal containing two women leaning on a shield with a ribbon saying Philadelphia Maneto. Under the seal: "Instituted 1849". Below there is a caduceus on either side of the word "Library". At the bottom: "Presented by", with space in which to write. On the bottom portion to the left is a section marked "Class", where "929.1" is written in ink. Next is a section marked "No.", and written in ink after is "C 67".
