Text on page 2: "The luxury of suicide is forbidden under the new penal code...We regard this as rather an interference with the rights of the citizen. A paper on the ground says "Drowned in the tidal wave of 1894." Dana from the New York Sun tries to give the tiger a spoon of "N.Y. Sun Cholera Mixture" while politicians and publishers give advice.
