Abstract: "Design in an oval. A stout jovial man (half length), his elbow on a table, smokes a long pipe and holds out a paper: 'An [H]onest Man will Fear God Honour the King and do as he would be Done By'. He is directed to the right and looks at the spectator. Beside him are a decanter and glass and a book: 'British Peera[ge]'. On the wall is an oval miniature of the King and a framed diagram: 'British Constitution' (see British Museum Satire No. 8287, &c.); the three points of an equilateral triangle are 'King Lords Commons'; in the centre and connected with each angle is 'Public Good'."--British Museum online catalogue
