Title written in ink in unknown hand below image. After 1790 when the offices were built. Pencil notation on verso: "No. B". Note on verso, in unknown, contemporary hand, "doubtless by Barrow. Orig. drawing for aquatint. Cf. Bedford copy of Description Str. Hill, Woolaston print 1754 (no.19)." Formerly shelved as part of the SH Views collection. Unknown artist.
