Includes a 15th-century prayer against the falling sickness on the back flyleaf

Binding: bound in wooden boards; no backing. Traces of clasps. "Sermones" visible on the wood.
Provenance: Unidentified dealer's description in German on back first front flyleaf. Purchased by Yale Medical School Library in February 1965 from Dawson's of London. Dealer's description on back pastedown.
