The Yale copy has also the following peculiarities: page 272 (1st count) is misnumbered 262; p. 258 (2nd count) is numbered correctly; signatures KK3 and Dd3 misprinted Kk3 and D3 respectively; the signature-mark H (2nd count) is preceded by "2. Part."; the map is inserted facing p. 310; signature D2 and D3 (1st count) are in the revised state (without the passages held to be a reflection on Cardinal Richelieu). Signatures Qq4 (blank) and G4 (3rd count, blank) wanting. Map mounted on linen. Crushed red levant morocco binding, tooled in gold, gilt edges, by W. Pratt.

Faicte l'an 1632 par le sieur de Champlain. Scale [ca. 1:1,000,000].
