Four poorly executed initials in gold and colors on ff. 1r, 2r (two), and 4r; the last accompanied by green and gold dots. Red initial strokes; rubrics throughout.
Binding: single quire tacketed to a piece of folded vellum.
Provenance: Purchased by Yale in 1911 with the income of the Edward Wells Southworth Fund.
