Manuscript on Islamic law dealing with how to establish evidence when two or more claiments are asking for shares in someone's inheritance by Muḥyī al-Dīn Muḥammad ibn Ilyās Jawī Zādah (d. 1547 or 8), a prolific Ḥanafī scholar, muftī and qāḍī of Turkish origin. Copied by Muḥammad Rashīd ibn Fayḍ Allāh, probably in the 17th century, in Turkey
