Manuscript on two fragments of a single parchment leaf, now crudely patched together in their original format. Contains lines of text from a Prayer "ad clericum faciendum"; Antiphon and Psalm; Part of an "ordinatio monachi"; and Prayer "ad barbas tonendas".
