Harewood U.S.A. General Hospital., Hospital Number, 20.060., John Smith, Sergeant Company G., 2nd N.Y. Heavy Artillery, age 28 years, admitted to Harewood U.S A. General Hospital April 1st 1865, with a superficial gunshot wound of the lower third of the thigh, received near Petersburg Va., March 25th. The wound healed kindly, and patient is now (May 1st,) quite well., John Smith., R. B. BONTECOU,, and Surgeon U.S. Vols., In charge.
