Conrad Kruger, Private, Co. C, 7th N.Y. Vols., aged 39, was admitted to Harewood U.S.A. Gen'l Hospital, April 5th, 1865, suffering from gun shot wound of back, the ball entering at medial line passing out near acromion process, injuring soft parts. Wounded, April 1st, 1865, at the battle of Dinwiddie Court House, Va. On admission to this hospital, the condition of injured parts and constitutional state of patient were good. The patient improved rapidly and was doing well when transferred to U.S.A. Gen'l Hospital at Philadelphia, Pa., May 29th, 1865., Conrad Kruger., Harewood U.S.A. General Hospital., Hospital Number 20,381., R. B. BONTECOU,, and Surgeon U.S. Vols., In charge.

George M. Francisco, Serg't, Co. K, 111 N.Y. Vols., aged 18, was admitted to Harewood U.S.A. Gen'l Hospital April 5th, 1865, with gunshot wound left shoulder and back, the ball entering posterior to acromion process, and passing out at outer angle of scapula. Wounded April 2d, 1865, at battle of South-side Railroad, Va. Progressed favorably. Transferred to U.S.A. Gen'l Hospital, Rochester, N.Y., May 15th, 1865. Doing well. and George M. Francisco.

Transferred to New York May 18, 1865., M. Murphy., R. B. BONTECOU,, and Surgeon U.S. Vols., In charge.

Gen'l Hospital, April 5th, 1865, suffering from gun shot wound (shell) of back, lumbar region, left side, injuring soft parts. Wounded, March 31st 1865, at the battle of Petersburgh, Va. On admission, the condition of injured parts and constitutional state of patient were good. Result favorable. Patient was doing well when transferred to U.S.A. Gen'l Hospital at Philadelphia, Pa., May 26th, 1865., Peter Liberty., R. B. BONTECOU,, and Surgeon U.S. Vols., In Charge.
